“While the beachfront location and multiple pools are appealing, reports of cleanliness issues and inconsistent service raise concerns. The lack of handicap accessibility, despite assurances, also detracts from an otherwise family-friendly destination. A refresh of the facilities and a focus on service consistency would significantly improve the experience here.”
